Sea Ray EIM Replacement
Over the course of 2 months, I developed a new fuse block and switch panel to replace the existing switching system on a Sea Ray boat.
I created 3D models of the switch plates in OnShape, exported DXF files to cut the aluminum plates with a water-jet, used Visio to create a schematic, and wired everything myself. See my blog post here for more details.
WORK 02
Audio Switcher
Designed and built an audio switch box that can select between 6 inputs. Designed a PCB using KiCad (see board layout to the right), created a 3D model of the project using OnShape, had the front and back panels cut, power-coated, and silk screened, and had a custom enclosure made from hardwood.
